• HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL protected Dr Ivor Lang & Dr Benjamin Tucker, “who issued a FALSE medical certificate”. “Lang and Tucker were later found guilty of improper and disgraceful conduct after FIVE (5) Doctors – Trefor Jenkins, Frances Ames, Edward Barker, Leslie Robertson, and Professor Phillip Tobias forced the Health Professions Council to re-open the case”. Lang and Tucker were then found guilty of covering up Steve Biko’s murder by the security police (The Star 5 June 1997).

• MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY used lawyer ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – representing Deneys Reitz attorneys – with his bag of illegal, evil tricks and “bully tactics” to silence my grievances, freeing Dr Rumbak from blatant guilt… Isaacs intimidated my chief witness, who refused to testify; he dispossessed me, and tormented me by disrupting my Economics Lecture with a telephone call, intimidating me with threats of orders, compelling me into humiliating examination by his selected doctors. Isaacs paid them to give reports denying the blatant damage caused by Dr Rumbak, with pretexts of “pre-existing conditions in my imagination”…



Colleague-doctors – instructed by lawyer Rohan Isaacs – networked to silence my attempts to force out Truth and Human Rights, entitling Restorative Justice. They tortured me, in a combined effort to prove that I am CRAZY (Hebrew: Meshuggah)!



THE LAW SOCIETY – at five BOGUS ‘investigations’ - protected my lawyer, Peter Soller, who sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case.

Mr du Plessis – head of the law society disciplinary committee – threatened to ‘have me removed’, if I did not keep quiet!

Soller was then struck off the attorneys’ roll by TWO (2) Judges (Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers), who state that “Soller is a danger to society”!

The law society allowed “172 law firms to defraud poor road accident victims” (The Star 10 July 2001).

“The Pretoria Bar Council has struck from its roll six of 13 greedy advocates found guilty of fleecing the Road Accident Fund of over R15-million” (The Times September 30 2011).

The Road Accident Fund has now run out of money!

“83 Johannesburg advocates face fraud inquiry” (Noseweek Dec.2011).

What is the law society going to do with CAGEY-lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs, who - inter alia - engineered FALSE MEDICAL REPORTS?

Government is planning to introduce legislation to control lawyers, and disband the weak, hesitating, and accommodating (apartheid-installed) law society. (7 June 2012 Die Burger).



A burnt-Vagina victim was treated with ruthless arrogance by the presiding judge (Claassen) mentioned below… She was awarded a pittance payout: less than the compensation for an injured race-horse!

The doctor implicated, fled South Africa, and the private hospital was found guilty of placing undiluted acid into the poor woman’s Vagina…

Judge Claassen was blatantly biased: he would not allow me to refer to details of the damage Dr Rumbak caused to THREE (3) other victims, which is vital and relevant Corroborative Evidence, in the Public Interest.

Anyone can become Dr Rumbak’s next victimised victim!

Judge Claassen would not allow me to demonstrate to the court that I chew in pain - like a donkey - after Dr Rumbak damaged my Trigeminal Nerve: muscles in my neck and cheek are in permanent spasm; he dislocated my jaw, and damaged my jaw-joints, which crack. I speak in discomfort.

Judge Claassen shouted at me, and he allowed adv. John Suttner to ask a ‘leading question’: when I referred to the FIVE (5) doctors who forced the Steve Biko case open, Suttner asked: “are you trying to tell the court that there are only ‘5 straight doctors’ in this country? All the rest are crooks?”

(One of the 5 Noble Doctors who forced the Steve Biko case open, was Professor Phillip Tobias, who passed away 7 June 2012. Professor Tobias is my Hero, because He Honoured Truth! I wish his family Long Life).

Presiding Judge Claasens in CHAIT vs RUMBAK had an abusive, apartheid-mentality, and he was blatantly biased:
• at court chambers, he was noticeably friendly with the doctor’s legal team
• he would NOT permit me to demonstrate to the court that after Dr. J.M. Rumbak’s botched surgery, I chew like a donkey
• he would not permit me to spell out to the court details of Dr. Rumbak’s THREE (3) other victims – in one instance, Dr. Rumbak admitted guilt, and carried the costs
• he allowed Dr. Rumbak’s advocate to ask me a “leading question”
• he shouted at me after the day’s proceedings, while I was sitting in the Public Gallery

2. Is it Legal & Right that doctors’ insurers appoint pettifogger lawyers, who resort to subversive & reprehensible tricks to have victims of medical malpractice noosed?

3. Victim intimidation & Witness intimidation is lawyers’ entrenched behaviour in South Africa. Is this evil tactic not a criminal offense?

4. Why is it that in America & England, negligent doctors are FORCED by the legal system to admit guilt, but South Africa remains backward & different: victims of medical negligence continue to be buried effortlessly, with ‘untouchable’ doctors having free reign, coupled with all the protection they require?

5. Am I expected to accept never being able to chew and speak normally - living a life of discomfort - after being butchered by a doctor with a negligence history?

Anyone can become the next victimised victim - suffocated into silence - following botched surgery in South Africa…

Dr. Rumbak removed my splintered tooth-roots: his failed surgery has left me with a monster-mouth. My jaws crack; cheek & neck muscles in permanent spasm, means that I will chew in pain and speak in discomfort for the rest of my life!
Dr. Rumbak has a medical negligence history.

In one instance - motivated by advocate Brian Spilg - Dr. Rumbak admitted guilt.

Isaacs used all the money it took to fight me to finality: he, inter alia, suppressed and destroyed Truth; he intimidated my Chief Witness into silence; he dispossessed me, fragmenting my life; he traumatised me with threats of serving me with orders, compelling me into humiliating psychiatric evaluation by his hired-guns; he paid for all the reports he required, to absolve Dr. Rumbak from shouting guilt; he encouraged Dr. Rumbak NOT to claim from his professional indemnity insurance.

THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN SOUTH AFRICA HAS NO CONTROL OVER DOCTORS IN PRIVATE PRACTICE, so Dr. Rumbak continues to enjoy carte blanche, together with all the protection he needs, by paying to silence his victims!

Behaving like a Nazi-murderer, a comrade-doctor then prescribed poisonous anti-psychotic drugs - Haloperidol & Benzhexol - which cause stiffness, shaking, sudden Death… AND SILENCE!
The conspiracy-of-silence required closing-of-ranks, in order to shut my broken mouth, with an attempt to trap me into a soul-destroying and humiliating evaluation at a mental institution!

Each member of this “gang of professionals” - involved in aborting my efforts to mete out Truth, Justice, Human Rights, and Punitive Damages, after playing down a case of blatant medical negligence in South Africa - will eventually be forced to explain!
They will have to account for their joint-temerity in torturing my soul, and fingering my sanity!

I say “NO”! Two wrongs do NOT make a right!

But I am commanded, nevertheless, to do everything in my power to reduce this cancerous evil - making a difference - so that the world becomes a better place for others.
